Resources

The Resource section in Orbit is your go-to hub for valuable materials, including deep-dive sessions, documents, templates, videos, and links on a variety of topics to support your work at BII.

It also features a dedicated book suggestion section for further inspiration. Note: this feature is available only to users from companies in BII programs (Bio Studio and Venture programs).

On the left-hand side, you can use filters—such as resource focus, verticals, and geographical relevance—to refine your search and quickly locate the content you need.

Once you select a desired file, you can preview, download, and even like it for future reference.

Admin Interface - Resources

These features are available only to the following roles: Program Management Team.

To access the admin interface click on your profile image and select "Admin" from the dropdown menu. In the left-side menu, select “Resources” and the type of files you want to work with.

By clicking the triple-dot icon next to a resource, you can:

• View the resource
• Edit the resource’s information
• Hide the resource’s information
• Delete the resource

Create a new resource

To create a new resource, start by selecting the type of resource you want to create from the left-side menu. Then, click the Create button (e.g., "Create Template" or "Create Video") located in the top-right corner. You will be prompted to provide the necessary details for the resource.

At the bottom of the form, you can use the toggle switch to enable or disable the resource.

This feature allows you to manage its visibility—perfect for temporarily hiding a resource without permanently deleting it.
